We offer flexible, compassionate care plans tailored to individual and family needs. Pricing may vary based on circumstances and is not subject to change during active contracts.

B. Planning Services

Phan 1: Basic Preparedness

Includes intake discussion, information gathering, and family planning support.
  • $40/hour (up to 3 one-hour visits weekly)

Phan 2: End-of-Life Planning

Includes basic preparedness (if not already completed), respite support, vigil planning, family education, legacy, and grief support.
  • $50/hour 
  • $200 weekly flat rate
  • $800 monthly flat rate (includes up to 12 hours of planning & education)

C. Daytime Respite Support

Presence, comfort, and supportive daytime care, including ADLs.
  • $25 hour
  • <15 hours weekly $25/hr
  • >15 hours weekly $20/hr additional

Flexible support during vigil and after-hours needs.
